Return and Refund Policy

At ZenpaTrends, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Below is our return and refund policy for your reference:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items have all original tags attached.
• Items are not final sale or clearance items (which are non-returnable).
• Returns must be made from the country where the order was shipped.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team at help.zenpatrends@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions on returning the item.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning it and placing a new order. If needed, you can contact us for assistance.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund for any defective products within 30 days of receipt.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we are at fault (damaged or incorrect item).
