If you need a different item, the quickest way to get it is to return the item you have, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
